For the Dior Cruise show in Rome, IFexperience supported the brand across creative development, experience design, and guest operations. The team led location scouting and worked closely with Maria Grazia Chiuri to shape the narrative connecting the collection to the city, also contributing to the storytelling trailer videos. IFexperience then designed and delivered "La Roma di Maria Grazia", a curated one-day journey composed of four distinct experiences, replicated in small-group formats to host all guests. Throughout the three-day event, the concierge team provided end-to-end guest support.
